You don’t need to know anything about computers to get started with AI.  Well, you will need to know how to turn one on and how to access the internet.  If you can do that, you can access remarkable tools that will make you more effective at virtually any task you can imagine.

Let’s start with ChatGPT.  Click on the words ChatGPT and ask a question.  Here are some examples.  Feel free to copy and paste them into ChatGPT.

• Suggest 10 social media posts I can use to improve visibility of my [fill in the type of work or business you do] business

  • Canva (with Magic Write): Design flyers, promos, social posts with AI assistance.

• Customer Service:
  
  • Tidio / Intercom / ManyChat: Add a chatbot to your website to answer common questions (hours, location, services).
• Operations:
  
  • Stocky (for Shopify POS) or Recom.ai: Help forecast inventory or make product suggestions.
  • Homebase / When I Work: AI-assisted employee scheduling.
• Sales Forecasting:
  
  • Tools like Keen, Futrli, or even Excel with Copilot can analyze sales data and help predict trends.
